Ingredients:

L-Citrulline Malate 1:1
Beta-Alanine
L-Arginine A-Ketoglutarate
Caffeine Anhydrous (98% GCB)
Theobromine

Other Ingredients:

Blue Raspberry (Natural Flavoring)
Microcrystalline Cellulose (Anticaking Agent)
Sucralose (Artificial Sweetener)
Malic Acid (Flavor Enhancer)
Blue Spirulina (Natural Color)

For standard use, mix 1 sachet with at least 8–12 fl. oz. of cold water. For maximum use, mix 2 sachets with at least 12–16 fl. oz. of cold water. Consume morning or early afternoon. Can be used daily.
