This bundle comes with
one Electric Kettle with Filter
4 brewed teas for a one-month supply
1 Pack of tea of your choice. Fruit Punch or Watermelon for added flavor to your brewed punch.
Instructions
Get one gallon of water.
Boil some of it in your kettle with the tea bags in the filter.
Put aside to cool down.
Add 4 sachets of fruit punch or watermelon tea to some of the gallon of water and mix thoroughly.
Add the punch in the brewed tea and also add the tea bags. Leave overnight.
Drink 8 oz in the morning and 8 oz in the night.
You may also add some fruits for added flavor.

I took it in the early morning before work and did not feel tired throughout the day, I felt hungry by about 12 befcause it did not feel as hungry as I usualy would in the early morning, and now I like taking them when i feel too tired.
